Meet IVCO 2025 Hosts

Looking ahead, we are delighted to announce that IVCO 2025 will find its home in Siem Reap, hosted by the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia. The conference will delve into the pivotal role of volunteers in peacebuilding and bolstering civil society.

Application for Hosting IVCO 2026 Extended

Furthermore, in recognition of the United Nations General Assembly’s designation of 2026 as the International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development, we are extending the application deadline for hosting IVCO 2026 until June 30, 2024

If you are interested in hosting IVCO in 2026, please share a short expression of interest with James via email. Please send us a few paragraphs covering:

  • The reasons for your interest and any ideas you have about possible themes.
  • Tell us in which country or region your organisation hopes to host IVCO.

We provide a lot of advice and support to the IVCO host each year. Hosting organisations work closely with Forum’s IVCO Working Group, which includes all recent IVCO hosts, to plan and deliver the conference. Future hosts typically shadow the current IVCO hosts as they prepare for the conference.

If you think you may be interested in hosting, but you are not quite sure, or you would like more information, don’t hesitate to contact Katharine at kbrown@forum-ids.org.
