Voluntary Service Project Sector summary report

In 2012, Australian Red Cross undertook a strategic renewal of voluntary service to ensure that Red Cross clearly position itself to meet the humanitarian needs of the future. The Voluntary Service Project Sector Summary Report presents an overview of this renewal process including the Project background and context, methodology, and key findings. The Report also presents the renewed strategic framework endorsed by the Red Cross Board in February 2013 and the high level implementation process currently underway.
