What Next A toolkit for returned volunteers

The What Next toolkit for returned volunteers is an EU-sponsored resource, developed by 3 organisations (Comhlámh, finep and SWM) as part of the ‘Back to the Future’ project. The toolkit supports volunteers on their return, particularly those who have been overseas for short periods of time, to make sense of their time volunteering abroad, to develop a deeper understanding of development issues and explore ‘what’s next’ in terms of action from their home country. There are contributions from returned volunteers from Ireland, Germany and Poland, and ideas for creative actions to engage with after a placement.
