“Shining a Light on Disability” Supporting and Promoting Disability Inclusion in Lesotho

Between 2007-2013, Australian Volunteers International placed 10 volunteers across six government and NGO partner organisations to support disability inclusion in Lesotho through the Australian government-funded volunteer program, Australian Volunteers for International Development. This report outlines the findings of a review that sought to understand the disability context in Lesotho and the place of AVI support, and to critically analyse the contribution of the AVI-managed volunteers.
