Time to relax, think, dream, just to “fool around” (an activity not very loved by school teachers). We feel annoyed when the child refuses some useful, from our point of view, classes after school, but is ready for the tenth time in a row to play the same film. Why does it make us sad and angry? Probably, deep down in our hearts, we believe that something is wrong with him or that we cannot cope with our parental responsibilities if we did not load our child every minute with something useful. Recall, however, how many of us are able to be active all day without breaks, whether it is a relaxing hot tub, talking with a friend on the phone, or a silly series?
